Pubert Jimbob enters a strange reality after getting lured away from his home by an enigmatic figure, who throws him a lighter at his doorstep. A car crash leads to Jimbob meeting Nadine who he brings to a hospital. Directed by Quirijn Dees at KASK, Pubert Jimbob is a dark, surreal animated short that blends 3D animation, digital cut-out techniques, experimental sound design and absurd comedy into a tightly constructed descent through an increasingly strange reality. đ Selected / Awarded at: Jury Award, Graduation Competition, Annecy Special Mention, International Competition, Riga IFF Best Belgian Student Film, Anima Special Mention, International Student Film Festival SehsĂŒchte Jury Award, Animated Films Category, ZlĂn Film Festival - Internation Film Festival for Children and YoutâŠ
